One-Leg Bridge With Leg Curl
			
		Lie on back, one leg on 
top of ball, knee slightly flexed, other leg lifted toward ceiling, arms on floor. Tighten buttocks, keeping abdominals tight and raise hips ___ inches off floor. Hold position and curl ball toward buttocks. Return leg to starting 
position, keeping 
pelvis elevated.
