Lie on back, one leg on top of ball, knee slightly flexed, other leg lifted toward ceiling, arms on floor. Tighten buttocks, keeping abdominals tight and raise hips ___ inches off floor. Hold position and curl ball toward buttocks. Return leg to starting position, keeping pelvis elevated.
